The ROGG system consists of a series of forms (available on disc) which incorporate the ten accountability questions in varying degrees of specificity.The appropriate form is made available by THFCM to the applicant and grantee as they progress step by step through the process of project or program planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting results.This Guidebook specifically addresses the initial application to THFCM.Applicants will be asked to use one form to complete the application process.Grantees will be provided with sequential forms to assist in monitoring and/or expanding their work, in summarizing results, and when appropriate, in sustaining programming.
