The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts has recently endorsed "Children's Mental Health in the Commonwealth:  The Time is Now" written by the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (MSPCC) and Children's Hospital.  The paper calls for major reforms in the state's mental health care system for children.  The Children's Health Access Coalition (CHAC) will be leading a legislative campaign to advocate for these proposed changes.  To read this paper or to learn more about this campaign, please visit MSPCC/CHAC.
