Call and arrange to meet with staff to discuss their project idea, preferably 30 days before the deadline for the Letter of Intent.
All letters of intent are reviewed by the Distribution Committee and the Board of the Foundation. Those invited by the Board to submit an application are notified by staff and are encouraged to work with staff in completing their grant application.
The entire process takes approximately six months -- from the initial contact with staff through the Board's funding decision.
